Professional Training for Polarity Practitioners…

Are you ready for a meaningful career doing work you love? The Professional Training to become a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner is a transformative process where you will gain valuable skills that last a lifetime.  This is one of the most rewarding careers you can have:   guiding clients on a healing journey, watching them step into their true potential.  Join the emerging field of holistic healthcare … become a Board Certified Polarity Practitioner.

APTA is the only organization that defines and upholds Standards of Education for Polarity Therapy Practitioners.  Our training programs offer high-quality education where you  learn from experts in the field.  You will become part of a wonderful community of like-minded people dedicated to helping others.

HOW OUR TRAINING WORKS:  APTA offers a single credential for Polarity Practitioners, the BCPP (Board Certified Polarity Practitioner), which requires 800 hours of training and successfully passing the Board Exam.   A student goes through two lower levels of education — the Beginner Training (APP, 155 hours), and the Advanced Training (RPP, an additional 520 hours) — before the final BCPP Training, where you will treat clients in a supervised clinical setting, and put to practice all your prior education, before you take your Board Exam.  Learn more:

APP TRAINING

The Associate Polarity Practitioner (APP) Training provides you with a beginner’s understanding of Polarity Therapy. It will open your eyes to a new way of looking at the human body and health; it is also a catalyst for your own healing process.  APP Training does not qualify an individual to practice Polarity Therapy professionally but provides  foundational skills and prepares you for the next level of training (RPP). If you are a practitioner in another healthcare field, this training can be a valuable introduction to energy dynamics and be an adjunct to your own practice.  If you are a client of Polarity Therapy, this is a great way to learn more about the practice and gain additional tools for self-care.

In the APP Training you will be introduced to the following topics:

  • Basic Orthodox and Energetic Anatomy
  • Intro to Polarity Theory
  • The General Balancing Session
  • Protocols for balancing each of the five elements and associated chakras
  • Basic Energetic Nutrition & Exercises
  • Basic Communication Techniques
  • Intro to Ethics and Law

“If we really want health, we must be willing to work for it.”

-Dr. Randolph Stone, Polarity Therapy founder

RPP TRAINING

RPP is the next level of training that takes you on a deeper journey into Polarity Therapy.  Here you learn advanced techniques in all areas:  energetic touch, nutrition, communication and energy exercise.  You will gain more tools for healing yourself and supporting others in their healing process.   The RPP is not intended for independent Polarity Practice; it may be used as an adjunct to other licensed healthcare professions, or for your personal use, to improve your health or to help family and friends.   APTA only endorses independent, professional Polarity practice at the level of BCPP.  The BCPP requires additional training, clinical supervision and passing the Board Exam.

In the RPP Training you will explore the following topics:

  • Detailed Energetic & Orthodox Anatomy
  • Advanced Polarity Theory
  • Advanced Energetic Touch
  • Structural Evaluation and Balance
  • Autonomic Nervous System
  • Sacred Geometries
  • Advanced Energetic Nutrition, Exercise & Communication
  • Ethics, Law, and Business

“Be an artist and an architect of your own house, your temple, your body and your mind.”

-Dr. Randolph Stone, Polarity Therapy Founder

BCPP TRAINING

In the BCPP Training, you work in a clinical setting with supervision, to put to test the knowledge gained in APP and RPP academic trainings.  This is advanced, practical, hands-on work.  You fine-tune your ability to assess clients and support them through their process, deepening your understanding of the dynamics involved in therapeutic relationship.  You are supported in your work through supervision, which includes mentorship and feedback from a Registered Polarity Educator.  Upon completion of this training you are eligible to take the Board Exam.  Passing the exam gives you the full right to the title of Board Certified Polarity Practitioner.  To learn more about the Exam and Certification Process, please visit the Certification section.

In BCPP Training you will delve into the following:

  • Clinical Application of Concepts Learned in APP & RPP Training
  • Review of APTA Standards for Practice (Exam Preparation)
  • Developing Intake and Session Notes
  • Managing a Client’s Therapeutic Process over a Series of Sessions
  • Self-Regulation and Self-Assessment in the Clinical Environment
  • Gain experience with Differentiation and Boundary-Setting
  • Discussion of Cases with Supervisor and Peer Groups

“Faith coupled with effort always gets results.”

RPE TRAINING

Do you have a penchant for teaching … do you love education and want to take your practice to the next level by training other practitioners?  The Registered Polarity Educator (RPE) status is for those who are called to become leaders in the field of Polarity Therapy. They share their wisdom, experience, and skills with their students and become recognized spokespersons. They carry the practice forward to a new generation of therapists.

“Nature’s way is gentle growth.”
