APTA FAQs

  1. What is Polarity Therapy?
Polarity Therapy is a natural health care system that works with the Human Energy Field.  Energy fields and currents exist everywhere in nature. Polarity Therapy asserts that the flow and balance of energy in the human body is the foundation of good health.

  2. How can I find a Practitioner?
Search the directory for a practitioner in your area.

  3. Do I have to be a student or practitioner to join APTA?
Not at all.  Our general level of membership is for supporters of Polarity who want to keep current with the activities of the association.  New members join at the general level for $81.

APTA encourages Approved Training Centers to provide their students with information on APTA. Students can also contact the office to receive information on membership.

  4. Where can I study Polarity Therapy?
You can search the directory for a school near you.  If you are unable to locate one online, please email the office, APTAoffices@polaritytherapy.org.

  5. What is APTA Registration?
APTA Registration gives you the right to use the terms APP, RPP, and RPE.  Those designations can only be used if your membership is kept current.  Click here to download APP and RPP Application forms.

  6. How do I become Registered with APTA?
Become a member of APTA, complete the training course and submit your application from the members-only area.  You will be notified of acceptance.  Your name will be printed in Energy Newsletter and added to our database.  We will send you a certificate of registration and an annual membership card.

It’s about 45 days from the date of receipt.  It’s faster if the acceptance letter is submitted with the application.  Ask your instructor for the forms.
