THE SPIRIT OF POLARITY THERAPY

 In anticipation of your decision to register, The Board of Directors and the Conference Committee of the American Polarity Therapy Association extend to you a warm welcome to our 2009 25th Anniversary International Conference. We’re headed to Chicago—back to where Dr. Stone pioneered the blend of modern science and complementary medicine known as Polarity Therapy.  We have two great keynote speakers and have put together a roster of workshop presenters that will prove to be exciting for our members, as well as for those who are inquiring about Polarity Therapy for the first time or who are seasoned energy therapists from other disciplines. We feel that you will discover balance and insight for your private practices and personal health journeys that will make a strong and positive impression on you.  In addition to the workshops, you will have the option to experience a Polarity session, participate in movement and meditation, and network with others in the energy healing community from around the globe.

 

  

RESERVATION PROCEDURES

Individual Reservations by Telephone and 800#:
All guests shall make reservations directly with the Hotel @ 1-866-615-4206, or 1-800-WYNDHAM, on an individual basis, identify themselves as members of your Group to receive the Group rate.

Other Reservation Terms:

The Hotel will require an early departure charge in an amount equal to the guest’s current per night charge plus applicable taxes for all guests who depart one or more days prior to their scheduled departure date verified upon arrival.

Individual guest cancellations will be accepted up to twenty-four hours (24) prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable if notice of cancellation is given by 4pm the day prior to arrival, and a cancellation number obtained.  However, the Room Block and attrition obligations shall not be modified. 

In the event that a room is not available for a Group guest with a guaranteed room reservation, the Hotel will pay for lodging until a room is available for the guest at the Hotel (room and tax) at a comparable alternate property, transportation to and from such property, and one long distance phone call.  The Hotel will also list the guest’s name with the Hotel switchboard, in order to facilitate the transfer of the guest’s phone calls to the alternate property.  Every effort will be made to bring the guest back after one night at the alternate property. These rooms will be credited towards the room block.


RESERVATIONS CUT-OFF DATE
A cut off date of 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 2009 (“Reservation Cut Off Date”) applies for guest room accommodations.  Only Group rooms reserved with guest name and guaranteed as of the Reservation Cut-Off Date will be considered reserved Group rooms as part of this Agreement, and Group shall remain responsible for payment of the remainder of the Room Block, less any allowed attrition.
